Kenneth Barovsky, J.D., Ph.D

General Counsel- Ken brings more than 30 years in the practice of intellectual property law and medical research. Ken did post-doctoral studies in the Department of Pharmacology at the University Of Virginia School Of Medicine and was a member of the faculty in the Department of Biochemistry, Georgetown University Schools of Medicine and Dentistry. Ken holds a BA in Chemistry and a PhD in Physiology & Pharmacology from the University of California, San Diego and is a graduate of the Santa Clara University School of Law. is a member of the State Bar of California and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Ken was also of counsel with Robins & Associates before becoming a partner of Bozicevic & Reed LLP.


Lou Huang

Graphic Designer -- Lou Huang graduated from UC Berkeley in 2004 with a BA in Architecture. He is a freelance designer with many projects on the web or in print, such as the School of Choice website, the Blue & Gold Yearbook, or the Address Book, a robust contact management system programmed in PHP. His hobbies include photography and writing.


Joanne Liu

Joanne Liu graduated from UC Berkeley ('02) with a B.S. in Business Administration. Her experience ranges from working for the CA State Auditor to internet start up NexTag.com. She currently works as a Marketing Project Manager for Providian Financial in San Francisco. Joanne enjoys volunteer work, music, and outdoor activities in her spare time.


Noah Kagan

Noah has significant experience in the college market from recently graduating UC Berkeley. Noah created HFG Consulting to bridge the gap BETWEEN college students and companies that target college students. He realized that these companies were not effectively targeting the college market, and decided to change that. His team consists of the people who know the college markets the best: college students. Noah also worked for Microsoft in business development and helped create a marketing strategy for the South Central District’s largest clients. He recently graduated from UCB with a double major in bus and econ.
